Since its founding a decade ago, the competition has featured dozens of remarkable young artists and accomplished performers. After a highly competitive audition process, selected winners earn the opportunity every classical musician dreams of: performing their concerto or featured work with a full orchestra.<\/p>\n<p>At this special concert, audiences will experience these rising artists performing beloved masterworks of the classical repertoire accompanied by the Accord Symphony Orchestra under the direction of its distinguished conductor, <a href=\"https:\/\/washingtonconservatory.org\/bio\/julien-benichou\/\"><b>Julien Benichou<\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s concert features <b>AcSO Concerto Competition Winner flutist Lisa Choi<\/b> performing the dazzling <b>Borne <\/b><b><i>Carmen Fantasie<\/i><\/b> and <b>CYSO Concerto Competition Winner Vivienne Newberger<\/b> performing <b>\u201cSpring\u201d from Vivaldi\u2019s <\/b><b><i>The Four Seasons<\/i><\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>The program culminates with <b>Mozart\u2019s Symphony No. 29<\/b>, one of the composer\u2019s most vibrant and beloved orchestral
